I also had a mini trifle (you know the ones your get that's the size of a yoghurt)

3 x green tea with lemon & lime slices

Extras
Walking fast pace for 25 minutes

I have decided to stop taking the sculptress, although they have sped up my metabolism I haven't noticed any change within my body. They also give you a weird stomach feeling after you have taken 1, I guess that is what suppresses your hunger. I do feel less hungry, more energy and metabolism sped up but in regards to weight loss I cannot say I have noticed is any more than usual as have also been training too and eating healthily.

I also received the Jst Jodie shake in Belgian chocolate today. Took a while to arrive. I gained an offer they have at the moment for buy one get one for £1. So I paid £45.99 for 2 1kg tubs instead of £89.98, this was from GNC online. I tried some this evening, and I must say I am not feeling the flavour very much. It reminds me of ovaltine... but the powerdy side of it. Have invested in a maxitone shaker - hopefully this will help it be better and also a shaker ball for my non branded shakers I have. I will keep you updated, I am starting Monday. I will have one for breakfast and maybe one for lunch.

Today I had meetings all day and lunch out, I was going to opt for the sweet chilli chicken noodles.. but I didn't. I had:

- Vege bean burger with salad (I didn't eat the bun)
- chips (oh so naughty but nice!)
- Corn on the cob

Dinner
I had a home made chicken curry with rice and a spoonful of real mash as it had been cooked!


Extras
1 coffee
1 diet coke
1 tea
1 green tea
500ml water
Weight watchers dessert

I also went to the gym this evening, as I was naughty at lunch time and did mainly leg work and a little arm work.
I used the cross trainer and burned 200 calories for a warm up.
I then stretched my legs out and then used the leg press, I did 20 reps and did this 5 times.
Next was the twist plate - my waist is not big but has been smaller so I am pushing myself to have that. I then went on to do other various leg machines for thighs and glutes. I went up a weight today for arms, have been using 3kgs but thought it may be getting too comfortable so have started using 4kg so that I can tone more.
I only took 1 sculptress today as was a bit manic.

I am still awaiting for the shake to be dispatched! Taking ages, could have gone to the shop myself and bought it at this rate... #GNC

This was the lamb left over from Sunday and I put with it:
- red onion
- water
- stock cube
- lamb (cut into pieces)
- courgette sliced
- brussel sprouts quartered
- gravy granules
- bacon

3 x tea
3 x hot water with lemon and lime
500ml water

Extras
I am still taking sculptress and I believe as metabolism booster that part of it working. I am very pleased. With regards to weight loss, I am unsure where they help or not as I am working out and eating healthily still.
I have lost 3kgs now and starting to notice some tone in my body, including my thighs and bum.
I am also becoming full more quickly than before which means I can eat less.

I used the last tablet from my 1st packet and forgot to put the other one in my bag today so have took the sculptress later than usual. Before dinner instead of before lunch.
I also tried the Pineapple slimmer band last night and I didn't think much of it to be honest. I didn't sweat out. Will try it at the gym and let you know.

Today I had big meal for lunch, it was a delayed New Year dinner.
I made a vegetable soup from scratch that included:
- Red onion
- Leek
- Potato
- Celery
- 2 x vegetable stock cubes
- Ground pepper
- Cumin
- Carrot
- Parsnip
- 1 green, 1 red, & 1 yellow bell pepper
I then blended it all together.
I had this with some wheat free bread & butter

I then had roasted lamb with marrow, roasted potatoes, 2 Yorkshire puddings & peas.

I did not have dessert as I could not fit it in if I wanted to, which makes a change. I feel my healthy eating has helped me understand portion control more.

Dinner
Are you kidding, I couldn't eat another thing.


Drinks
Lots of tea today!
Orange Squash x 4 
1 glass of Rose with diet lemonade
I am drinking a lot more cold drinks such as water and squash now

Extras
Today I am aching so bad! But was totally worth it, I weighed myself and have lost 2kg. Yippee.
I also took 1 sculptress today as no gym, I don't know whether these are working or not really.
See how we go after 1 packet, if I feel they have not boosted anything I won't bother taking any more.
They do give me a real new energy buzz though.

It was the first time I have taken part in boot camp and I did really enjoy it.
I am starting to ache already so tomorrow, god only knows!
Each boot camp is different so I won't post the workout - I suggest you find your nearest one and attend - its so exhilarating. 

I also measured myself today - hurrah!
I have lost inches.

Weight Watchers chicken & basil with wedges - was actually really nice!

1 energy drink (naughty again I know)
3 hot water with fresh lemon & lime
2 75cl water

Exercise
Gym Night:
Cross trainer for 20 minutes
Stretch
Use the weights for arm toning, I use 2kg weights at the moment to tone
Use the weights for abs toning.

Leg press 5 x 20 reps

Walk home (15 minutes)

Extras
So I am still taking Maxitone Sculptress Metabolism Support, and so far so good.
I do not suggest drinking an energy drink whilst taking them as you do not need to.
They have caffeine in them - oops. Honest mistake.
I feel full of energy though and very happy actually!
I went to the gym today too but only took 2, one before breakfast and one before lunch.
I am not going to weigh myself yet, as I don't feel I have achieved as much as I will have if I weigh myself next week.

I ate a little less today, just a salad for lunch but had some red meat & fish incorporated with it.
I also am trying to drink hot water with lemon and lime to keep my skin clean.
I suffered from acne quite bad, so take Tetralisyl which I find quite good, have been taking these for 2 months now. And of course trying to hydrate my body as much as possible with water - which could also be a reason for why I have perked up! I was quite happy drinking fizzy drinks such as diet coke and even vanilla coke and now have cut that out and replaced with water. One every once in a while will be okay. I just felt quite tired a lot and I wouldn't say unhappy but I have noticed a change in my attitude since beginning this regime!

Today I began taking Maxitone Sculptress (Metabolism Support) to see what effect it would have on my regime.
I took one before lunch and at present quite happy, you hear so many stories about how miserable people feel and too much energy, but although I have an office job I didn't find it too much this afternoon. I have only taken one at the point and they suggest 3, I think I will take 1-2 on a non workout day and 2 or 3 on a gym day depending on how they make me feel.

If anyone is looking to try these out, I purchased them from Amazon.
I will update you on how they are going along the way.

5 minutes on the stepper (you could do this on the stairs)
20 minutes on the bike (you could go for a bike ride)

150 stomach crunches (sit ups)

Number One

Hey Everyone,

So as its the New Year - I had eaten way too much chocolate over the festive period!

I knew I wanted to kick start the healthy eating properly in 2014 as I am going to be a bridesmaid in April, and I don't want to be the biggest bridesmaid there.

Basics
  • I am intolerant to bread - in any shape or form. So wheat/gluten really so I don't eat this anyway!
  • I am allergic to citrus fruits in various forms. Oranges and Pineapples is a definite! So these are also out of the question.
But I will be posting my daily menus of what I have eaten as a guide, as well as exercise and to be honest I will post even if I have been lazy or eaten badly as every one in a while is fine.

I will admit I am the first to shove all the exercising and health related tips out the window, but this time I am really warming to advice given to me in regards to my health.

I am 23, and will be 24 in September and lets me honest I may look like I am 17 but my body won't look like that forever and I need to look after it more.

So welcome to my da na na na, na na, na na SLIMMERTIME blog.

I also realise I am starting this 12 days into the new year, but I only just had the idea!
