Gym night:
5 minutes on the stepper (you could do this on the stairs)
20 minutes on the bike (you could go for a bike ride)
Stretch out
Leg Press - 5 x 20 reps (100 regular squats)
150 stomach crunches (sit ups)
Stretch out
Use the weights for arm toning, I use 2kg weights at the moment to tone
Use the weights for abs toning.
