Tuesday 14th January

Breakfast
1 fromage frais yoghurt
1 cup of tea with semi skimmed milk

Snack
1 banana

Lunch

1 bowl of chicken & vegetable soup*
1 side salad *
1 Weight Watchers yoghurt dessert

Snack
1 Banana

Dinner
Home made shepherds pie (standard home made recipe)
Gravy

Drinks
Tea with semi skimmed milk
Cold Water x 500ml
Hot water with lemon & blueberries

Exercise
Gym night:
5 minutes on the stepper (you could do this on the stairs)
20 minutes on the bike (you could go for a bike ride)
Stretch out
Leg Press - 5 x 20 reps (100 regular squats)
150 stomach crunches (sit ups)
Stretch out
Use the weights for arm toning, I use 2kg weights at the moment to tone
Use the weights for abs toning.
